Gold Vein depends on the carrier breaking rocks. A hero that spends too much time resting, traveling, or handling other targets cannot convert the listed effect into the same gold flow as a consistent field worker.

Gold Vein is personal and Fortune is a team aura. Use the self effect when one Collector performs most of the relevant work; use the aura when several active heroes contribute meaningful rock gold.
Keep farming reliable
