Brutal Strike is a self-scoped Bomb Farm ability that increases the damage dealt when its carrier lands a critical hit.
Brutal Strike raises critical-hit damage for one hero. It does not increase critical chance, so the carrier needs enough Crit frequency for the stronger critical multiplier to contribute consistently across a stage.
How this entity works
Build around enough Crit
Critical damage matters only when critical hits happen. Pair Brutal Strike with a carrier that already has useful Crit chance from attributes, Keen Eye, Deadly Omen, or equipment rather than treating it as a complete critical build by itself.
Self multiplier versus team support
Brutal Strike concentrates value on one hero. Deadly Omen spreads critical chance to the team, while Keen Eye raises the carrier's chance. A carry setup and a balanced field can value these three effects differently.
Measure average damage
A single large critical hit can mislead. Compare repeated stage times and total output over several clears. Consistency matters more than the largest number displayed during one lucky attempt.
